DW and Giz are too busy facing off over who's gonna be the one to capture the bad guys to actually capture the bad guys. The F5 are clearly not impressed... but apparently interested enough to stand there and watch instead of, you know, actually getting away. 
And suddenly, everyone lacks common sense! (Though, to be fair, many in this picture had little to begin with.)
I tried a real background, I really did. I had sketched up the bank they supposedly robbed... then I decided it was hideous, scrapped it and slapped a gradient on instead. Because gradients solve everything.

So many excellent expressions! Darkwing really can't share, can he. I love Negaduck and Megavolt's expressions the most.
